Terms & Agreement – High Heels Dance Camp
Dans Fabrika LLC – August 30–31, 2025 Location: Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Dans Fabrika LLC (“Organizer”) and the undersigned participant (“Participant”) for participation in the High Heels Dance Camp.
By registering or attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Registration & Payment
Registration must be completed online prior to the event.
Payments made are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 7.
Participation is non-transferable.
2. Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other attendees.
Any disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
Proper dance attire and safe footwear (e.g., secure high heels) are mandatory.
3. Media Release
By attending the event, you grant Dans Fabrika LLC the right to use any photos or video footage taken during the event for promotional or educational purposes. You may opt out by submitting a written request in advance.
4. Assumption of Risk & Health
Participation involves physical activity; consult your doctor before attending if you have any health concerns.
You voluntarily assume all risk of injury or illness during the event.
Dans Fabrika LLC is not responsible for personal injury or property loss, except in cases of gross negligence.
5. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Dans Fabrika LLC, its instructors, employees, and agents from any claims or liability related to your participation in the event.
6. COVID-19 & Health Policies
You agree to comply with all health and safety regulations in effect at the time of the event.
We reserve the right to request proof of vaccination or testing as required by the venue or local law.
7. Cancellation and Force Majeure
7.1 Participant Cancellation All sales are final. Participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including participant no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.
7.2 Organizer Cancellation Dans Fabrika LLC reserves the right to cancel the event at its sole discretion. In such cases, participants will be notified as early as reasonably possible. Dans Fabrika LLC is not liable for any costs incurred by the participant (including travel or accommodation) as a result of the cancellation.
7.3 Force Majeure Dans Fabrika LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government regulation, labor disputes, power failures, venue unavailability, or other events commonly referred to as “acts of God.” In such cases, no refund or rescheduling obligation shall be imposed on Dans Fabrika LLC, although it may offer rescheduling or credit at its sole discretion.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
9. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings. No changes shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings. No changes shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties (or agreed via email if electronic registration is used).
